| Generally terms of payment are by Confirmed, Irrevocable Letter of Credit or telegraphic transfer prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed. All sale/purchase contracts are governed by the full terms and conditions of International Contract No. 6 - Hides and Skins (as drawn up by the International Council of Hides, Skins & Leather Traders Associations and the International Council of Tanners) inclusive of annexe A, B, C or D - whichever is applicable. The Short Form Contract No.6 is used to legalise sale/purchase agreements. Ratification of the contract by means of electronic transmission is binding upon both parties.
